Chef Sean Sherman, Oglala Lakota, born in Pine Ridge, SD, has been cooking across the U.S. and Mexico over the past 30 years, and has become renowned nationally and internationally in the culinary movement of indigenous foods. He is the author of the top cookbook, The Sioux Chef’s Indigenous Kitchen. This year, he is a featured speaker for the Fort Collins Book Fest. His keynote is in collaboration with The Fort Collins Library and The Fort Collins Museum of Discovery.
